AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. This role includes deploying AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce to improve sales and service workflows across the platform.

You will collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions, optimize performance, and ensure secure development practices while integrating with external systems.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Optimize platform performance, maintain code quality, and enforce secure development practices.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.

About the role
