AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep Data Cloud expertise to design scalable customer data solutions and power intelligent engagement across platforms. You will handle data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation workflows to unify customer profiles and enable integrations using Apex, SQL, and APIs.

Collaborate with business and architecture teams, build Data Cloud integrations, and stay current with Salesforce features.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and activation concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Data Cloud solutions spanning data streams, data model mapping, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, and segmentation.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and internal or external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL patterns.
• Partner with business, product, and architecture teams to translate customer data and activation requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize activation workflows that connect Data Cloud audiences and insights to downstream systems.
• Support data quality, governance, security, and compliance best practices across customer data platforms.
• Troubleshoot platform, data ingestion, and activation issues, and recommend durable improvements.
• Document technical designs, data flows, and operational runbooks.
• Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud features, release updates, and implementation best practices.
