Accenture is seeking an experienced Record to Report Senior Analyst to lead a small accounting team in Medellín. The role combines hands‑on accounting with oversight, process improvement, and stakeholder management to ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close while ensuring SOX compliance and timely delivery of financial data. Strong English and collaboration with clients are essential.

Formación

• Experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes and month‑end close.
• Advanced English.
• Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, provisions, and SOX controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and review the work of a small accounting team.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries.
• Perform complex balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Execute month‑end close activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and post provisions and accruals.
• Review and report SOX controls compliance.
• Upload financial data, metrics, and journal entries into Hyperion.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Analyze issues, identify risks, and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to support business objectives.
