BairesDev is seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer to design and implement motion planning and real-time decision systems for autonomous vehicles. You will own the decision-making logic and collaborate with perception and control teams to ensure safe, efficient trajectories on highway scenarios.

You should have 4+ years in robotics or software engineering for autonomous systems, strong C++ and real-time skills, and excellent English.

• Design and implement core motion planning algorithms for autonomous vehicles in complex highway scenarios.
• Develop real-time decision-making logic for autonomous behaviors and interactions with other agents.
• Optimize C++ code for high-performance execution on resource-constrained robotics platforms.
• Architect geometry and speed reasoning for safe trajectories.
• Collaborate with perception and control teams to integrate the full autonomy stack.
