A global customer platform firm is seeking a strategic Senior Marketer in Colombia to drive revenue growth across Spanish-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will lead revenue-generating campaigns, ensuring collaboration between marketing and sales teams. With a requirement for 5+ years in revenue marketing and fluency in English and Spanish, this role offers a competitive salary between 15-17 million COP monthly.

About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic Senior Marketer to drive measurable revenue growth across our Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America and Iberia. This role owns the strategy and execution of revenue-generating campaigns across the customer lifecycle—from new logo acquisition through customer expansion and retention—with direct accountability for sales pipeline generation and incremental revenue. You’ll serve as a critical bridge between marketing, sales, and customer success, translating business objectives into high-impact, data-driven programs that fuel our regional growth engine.
