BairesDev is seeking a Senior Data Privacy & Compliance Specialist to lead data protection initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. In this role you'll develop privacy frameworks, conduct assessments, and guide teams in implementing best practices for data handling.

This position is 100% remote with flexible hours, paid parental leaves and vacations. You will work with a global Top 1% talent, monitor regulatory changes, and report on privacy metrics while advancing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of data protection regulations and frameworks.
• Experience with privacy assessment tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of information security principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement data privacy policies and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Lead data breach response and incident management procedures.
