Plan A Technologies is seeking a skilled React Native Developer to build, refine, and ship high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on mobile UX and fixing missing details in user flows.

Required: 5+ years of React Native experience with iOS/Android, strong English communication, and familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console deployment. Work from home or in one of our global offices.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with React Native, focused on iOS and Android
• Solid experience of native iOS and Android ecosystems, lifecycle methods, component patterns
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
• Familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console deployment processes
• Strong product sense with high attention to pixel alignment and intuitive flows
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and autonomous collaboration with product leads

Responsabilidades

• Build & Ship: Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform native interfaces for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Refine UX: Polish micro-interactions, animations, and edge-case flows for a smooth user experience.
• Bridge Flow Gaps: Identify friction points or missing states and resolve them.
• Move Fast: Work in short iterations, ship features quickly, and gather feedback.
• Integrate APIs: Connect mobile clients with RESTful or GraphQL backend services securely.
