Worley Bogotá is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality systems, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools. You will collaborate with Digital, IT, and QA teams to embed AI-driven insights into quality processes.

The role requires a university degree and about 8 years of experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong skills in Power BI, SharePoint, Python, and data governance.

Formación

• University degree in a relevant discipline with ~8 years of related experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Strong data governance and digital tools experience.
• Familiar with AI agents (e.g., Copilot) and AI-enabled workflows.
• Proficient with Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint and related tools.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, Python, APIs and integrations.
• Experience with Worley Assurance System.
• Excellent problem solving, user support, and data integrity focus.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for Quality, audits, or operations.
• Familiarity with Worley Quality processes (or equivalent frameworks).

Responsabilidades

• Digital and AI roadmap development and alignment with Worley's strategy.
• Administer Quality digital systems, dashboards, and data validation.
• Provide first-line support for tool issues and data queries.
• Coordinate system enhancements with Digital/IT and QA teams.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled tools across the Quality community.
• Maintain AI knowledge repositories and documentation.
• Deliver AI enablement and automation of Quality processes.
