Core Code io is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control on large construction projects. You will review drawings, coordinate inspections, manage NCRs, and mentor junior engineers.

The role emphasizes leadership and strong communication on civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical disciplines. The position offers a full-time relocation opportunity to the United Arab Emirates with a fixed monthly salary, medical and life insurance, and a UAE employment visa

We are looking for experienced Senior QA/QC Engineers to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on large-scale construction projects. Candidates may specialize in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across assigned project packages.
• Review engineering documentation and technical drawings.
• Coordinate inspections and testing activities.
• Manage NCRs and corrective actions.
• Monitor project quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project close‑out activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Strong construction site experience.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
• Experience with EDMS and Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
