Zusammenfassung

Amadeus IT Group Colombia, S.A.S. is seeking a QA Engineer for the AMS team to own testing across full‑stack development and automation. You will guide test strategy, write and execute test cases, and contribute to CI/CD improvements while mentoring peers.

The role emphasizes strong communication and problem solving in a travel tech environment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, leverage Jira and Confluence, and work in a hybrid setup at the Bogota office.

Qualifikationen

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
5+ years hands-on QA experience including mentoring.
Proficiency in automation testing and Git.
Experience with Jira, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

Define test strategy and plan with functional and non-functional test cases.
Prepare environments, data, and execute test cases; sign off on features.
Automate tests and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
Open defects with severity and track fixes through to resolution.
Mentor and share QA knowledge with peers.
