Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA and test automation.
• Hands-on UI and API test automation experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Experience designing or contributing to automation frameworks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for UI and API applications.
• Build scalable automation frameworks using modern practices and software engineering principles.
• Apply design patterns and coding standards to test automation solutions.
• Develop automated regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with QA, Developers, BAs, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define testing strategies.
• Analyze test results, identify defects and risks, and provide technical recommendations.
• Contribute to CI/CD integration for automated testing.
• Improve automation frameworks, test coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting.
• Create clear test documentation and technical reports.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support testing across enterprise apps, integrations, and business processes.
