BairesDev is seeking a Technical Lead (Python) to guide backend architecture and deliver high-performance APIs for a global client base. You will lead the full SDLC, set engineering standards, and mentor developers to foster growth in a remote, multicultural team.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering with strong Python expertise, cloud experience, and a proven leadership track record. Remote work with flexible hours and competitive compensation available.

Formación

• 5+ years of Software Engineering, Backend Development, or Technical Leadership.
• Proven expertise in Python programming and designing robust, scalable APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Strong track record of leading engineering initiatives and mentoring teams.
• Deep understanding of backend architecture, system design, and software best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of robust, high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python.
• Provide technical direction for the full software development lifecycle from discovery to production release.
• Enforce engineering excellence through code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members to foster continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose long-term architectural improvements.
