Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Medellín with remote-friendly options. You will own end-to-end development, building scalable back-end services in Python and crafting responsive front-ends with ReactJS for complex financial reporting and data visualization.

Collaborate with product managers and data engineers to extract, parse, and serve large datasets, and continuously refine software using Agile practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong Python backend with Flask/FastAPI/Django.
• Modern frontend with ReactJS and TypeScript.

Technical Qualifications

• Backend: 5+ years of experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and building complex, service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development utilizing ReactJS for scalable interactive web applications.
• Data Access: Heavy experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data storage systems, and advanced data-access models.

Core Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack software solutions to fulfill complex financial reporting and data visualization needs.
• Optimization: Refactor existing software continuously using Agile methodologies to improve overall maintainability and speed.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data engineering teams to safely extract, parse, and serve multi-billion-dollar private asset analytics.
