Blackfluo.ai is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus on Python to drive design and development of web and mobile applications.

You will primarily work on backend development (70%) with Python and Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure (AWS), while contributing to frontend tasks (30%) using React and React Native. Formación

• 5+ years in software development with strong backend in Python and a solid grasp of frontend technologies.
• Proficiency with Python, Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
• AI tools to support dev productivity and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex issues and delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, ability to collaborate in a remote setup.
• Product mindset focused on user experience and scalable tech solutions.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a distributed, agile startup environment.
• Bonus: experience in fintech, marketplaces, or scaling products in high-growth startups.
