AgileEngine, LLC. in Pereira, Colombia is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals.

You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk, drive policy and tooling adoption, and ensure solutions minimize developer friction. You will collaborate with security and engineering teams to deliver data-driven decisions, bridging executive mandates with Agile execution pods.

Formación

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts directly reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure that all built solutions reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.
