AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead strategy, roadmaps, and adoption of enterprise cybersecurity platforms and developer security workflows.

You will drive multi-quarter roadmaps, design secure tooling, and collaborate with engineers and security teams to implement robust identity, API, and policy frameworks. Strong English, 5+ years in technical product leadership, and DevSecOps experience are required.

• 5+ years in technical product ownership or management within cybersecurity or developer platforms.
• Deep AppSec/DevSecOps knowledge and tooling including SAST, DAST, SCA, ASPM.
• Hands-on fluency reading code and evaluating API designs and data flows.
• Autonomous in driving product strategy with data-driven decisions and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive multi-quarter roadmap for Helios workstreams aligned with risk reduction and developer adoption.
• Design scanning engines, developer portals, and DevEx initiatives to minimize friction and blockers.
• Collaborate with engineers, cloud architects, and security researchers on API contracts and data flows.
• Align Identity, RBAC/ABAC, and authorization standards with developer platforms and artifact repos.
• Translate regulatory cybersecurity policies into clear, user-centric feature specs and workflows.

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to manage the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of enterprise cybersecurity platforms and developer security workflows.

The mandatory requirements are 5+ years of technical product ownership or management, AppSec/DevSecOps experience, technical fluency in code and APIs, autonomous product strategy execution, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional leadership, and upper-intermediate English. Software development or security architecture experience is a plus.

What you will do

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Define and drive the multi-quarter roadmap for Helios workstreams, aligning executive risk reduction goals with measurable developer adoption and workflow velocity.
• Developer Experience (DevEx) & Adoption: Treat security tooling as a product; design scanning engines (ASPM ingestion, AI-SDLC scanning) and developer portals that minimize developer friction and eliminate build blockers.
• Platform Architecture Collaboration: Partner directly with software engineers, cloud architects, and security researchers on API contracts, pipeline data flows, and automated policy modernization.
• Identity & Access Alignment: Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate robust identity, role modeling (RBAC/ABAC), and authorization standards into developer platforms and artifact repositories.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Translate complex regulatory and cybersecurity policies into clear, user-centric feature specs and self-service automated workflows across global business units.

Must haves

• 5+ Years in Technical Product Ownership or Management: Proven success driving strategy and delivery for cybersecurity products, developer platforms, or automated tooling from concept through broad adoption.
• Deep Application & Platform Security Domain: Direct, working knowledge of AppSec/DevSecOps workflows and tooling—including SAST, DAST, SCA, ASPM, vulnerability lifecycle triage, and CI/CD security gating.
• Hands-on Technical Fluency: Ability to read code, discuss system integrations, and evaluate API designs and data flows directly with engineering pods.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption. Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.

Nice to haves

• Prior professional experience as a software developer, DevSecOps engineer, or security solutions architect prior to moving into product management.
• Experience designing internal developer portals (IDPs), SRE/infrastructure tooling, or Golden Paths inside large, regulated enterprise environments.
• Direct exposure to enterprise SecOps platforms (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, CrowdStrike, Splunk) or AI-assisted development and remediation tooling.
• Software development or security architecture experience.
