Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE. The role drives strategic insights from enterprise data, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives for C-suite decisions.

You will build modern visual analytics, harmonize data from SAP, Oracle, Coupa, and Ariba, and help unlock value across our global procurement ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in procurement analytics or related fields.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Strong English communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize spend data from SAP/Oracle and Coupa/Ariba into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and analytics to track KPIs and predictive modeling.
• Identify savings opportunities and support sourcing priorities.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and align with budgets.
