Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive executive decisions and optimize spend across the organization.
In this role, you will harmonize spend data from ERP/P2P systems (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba), design BI dashboards, and collaborate with Finance to validate EBITDA savings and align cost reductions with
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or BI.
- Proficient in SQL and BI tools; strong data manipulation skills.
Responsibilities
- Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP/P2P systems into a single source of truth.
- Automate dashboards and advanced analytics to track KPIs and model savings.
- Identify opportunities to optimize spend and drive EBITDA improvements with Finance.
- Partner with FP&A to audit, reconcile, and align cost reductions with budgets.
