Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a senior analyst for Procurement Analytics & Insights to join the GLOBAL COE. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights and partner with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives.

You’ll build modern visual analytics, align EBITDA savings with budgets, and drive data-driven decisions across the global procurement ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or BI.
• Strong English communication with executive presentation experience.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP/P2P sources into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics to track core KPIs and predictive models.
• Identify savings and category opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A against budgets.
