EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join its Engineering Platform Team. You will design, implement, and operate scalable GitHub Actions and AWS infrastructure, with a focus on CI/CD, security, and automation across DevSecOps domains.

You will apply AI-driven development practices using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, collaborate with product owners and Scrum Masters, and mentor peers while ensuring reliable production services and strong documentation.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong ownership skills and ability to drive tasks to completion independently.
• Solid proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Skills in GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD.
• Background in Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and Linux.
• Competency in DevSecOps, operating production services, and security tooling (SonarQube, CodeQL, Veracode).
• Familiarity with PagerDuty for incident response
• Daily hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot
• Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM fundamentals, and AI-assisted software development
• Ability to apply AI in engineering workflows
• Strong written documentation skills
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join one of the world's largest automotive services companies.

You will work within the Engineering Platform Team, responsible for GitHub Enterprise, reusable developer automation, cloud infrastructure, and secure engineering enablement. The project domain covers Developer Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Cloud Automation.

As a senior engineer, you will deliver scalable platform automation, improve developer productivity, and contribute to AI-assisted engineering best practices.

Responsibilities
