EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks an experienced .NET Tech Lead to guide development teams in building high-quality, scalable solutions. You will ensure technical excellence, foster collaboration, and drive successful project deliveries.

The role requires 8+ years in software development with strong .NET/C#, cloud experience, and hands-on Docker. Collaboration across multinational teams is essential, with opportunities for learning and growth.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies and C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Hands-on Docker experience for containerization.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• B2 English level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring collaboration.
• Lead debugging efforts to resolve production and development issues.
• Ensure products deliver business value, on time, and with high quality, minimizing technical debt.
• Act as a role model, fostering learning and continuous improvement.
• Introduce process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
• Participate in staff hiring, onboarding, and career development initiatives.
• Provide tactical vision and take technical responsibility for subsystems or projects.
• Work independently, own deliverables, and validate work with defined test cases.
