WITHIN is seeking a designer in Bogotá, Colombia, focused on motion graphics or visual design with motion experience. The role is fully in-office, five days a week, and emphasizes eye-catching design, typography, and visual communication.

You will collaborate with teams on storyboards, decks, and campaigns, while applying performance learnings to creative development. A strong portfolio and proactive communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years industry experience collaborating with teams
• Experience in digital advertising & content, paid & organic social
• Strong portfolio of engaging design, motion design and campaign work
• Well organized and a great collaborator
• Knowledge of typography, design, animation, and motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign/Premiere a plus
• Experience with AI motion tools and image generation

Responsabilidades

• Create 2D/3D motion graphics and contribute to concepts for campaigns
• Collaborate on storyboards and decks for projects
• Iterate creatives based on data metrics and KPIs
• Maintain high quality standards across clients and projects
• Develop concepts for modular content, long-form and 360 campaigns
• Communicate progress and bandwidth with Project Managers and Art Directors
• Adopt new creative trends and tools to enhance output
• Contribute to AI-powered visuals and animation as needed
