Qualifications

• 4+ years mobile QA automation experience.
• Expertise in Robot Framework for test automation design and execution.
• Proficiency in Appium for iOS and Android testing, with configuring capabilities.
• Python for developing custom keywords and extending frameworks.
• Experience with Sauce Labs or similar cloud testing platforms.
• Familiarity with local simulators/emulators and real devices.
• Knowledge of Xcode, Android Studio, and ADB tooling.
• Experience integrating automated results with Jira Xray.
• Understanding of regression and exploratory testing, defect lifecycle.
• Strong English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Nice to have CI/CD, healthcare/MedTech domain familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated mobile tests using Robot Framework and Appium.
• Execute tests on Sauce Labs, local simulators/emulators, and physical devices.
• Prioritize iOS test coverage first, then extend to Android.
• Configure Appium desired capabilities for various environments and devices.
• Implement test reporting mechanisms including PDF metadata validation.
• Upload and manage automated results in Jira Xray.
• Define comprehensive test plans for functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Perform manual regression and exploratory testing as needed.
• Manage defect reporting, triage, and tracking through resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve testability and architecture.
• Maintain and evolve the test automation framework for new features and platforms.
