BairesDev is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to design and build scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure. You will automate deployments, monitor models, and improve reliability across ML workflows in a fully remote role.

You’ll collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers, implement CI/CD, ensure security, and evaluate modern MLOps tools. English proficiency required; remote work from anywhere. Competitive USD compensation and a dynamic, multicultural environment guaranteed.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or ML infrastructure.
• Strong background in software architecture design.
• Strong understanding of system security.
• In-depth knowledge of performance optimization and automation.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and ML lifecycle management.
• Skilled in cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
• Automate model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and versioning.
• Build and optimize ML infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize models and streamline workflows.

• Implement best practices in automation, governance, and reproducibility.
