SoftServe is seeking a senior ML Engineering Lead to set technical direction for ML systems and oversee production-grade AI solutions in its AI and Data Science Center of Excellence. You will bridge research and real-world impact, leading cross-functional teams and shaping ML strategy for world-leading clients.

You will drive LLMOps pipelines, multi-agent architectures, and MLOps practices across AWS/Azure/GCP, ensuring observability, scalability, and security while mentoring engineers to raise

Formación

• Strong Python proficiency across ML ecosystem; production-grade ML systems
• Deep expertise in LLMOps, AgentOps and experiment tracking tools
• Experience deploying cloud-based AI/ML solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP; CI/CD/CT
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph or CrewAI) and multi-agent design
• Experience leading or mentoring ML Engineering teams and driving best practices
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to communicate technical decisions to clients/executives
• Master's degree awarded in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive standards and architecture for end-to-end ML systems
• Oversee design and delivery of production-ready LLMOps pipelines
• Lead collaboration with Data Scientists, Engineers, and clients
• Advance agentic AI capabilities with multi-agent systems
• Improve ML engineering processes, CI/CD/CT, and cloud infrastructure
• Mentor ML Engineers and promote engineering excellence
• Contribute to technical strategy and client engagements within the CoE
