A sustainable horticulture company is seeking a mid-senior graphic designer to enhance its visual identity. The role involves leading brand refresh initiatives, designing assets for various communication channels, and creating visual content for campaigns. Candidates must have 7–9 years of experience in graphic design, advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong portfolio. This position is flexible in location and offers opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• 7–9 years of proven experience in integrated graphic design roles.
• Strong track record in branding, 360° campaigns, motion, and print design.
• Updated portfolio required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the brand refresh including logo and visual systems.

• Create visual content for international trade show materials.

Overview

At Oboya Horticulture Solutions, we are looking for a mid-senior graphic designer to elevate our visual identity across touch points through creativity, functionality, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the brand refresh: logo, brand guidelines, and visual systems.
• Design both analog and digital assets for multichannel communication (social media, email marketing, brochures, catalogs, sales decks, etc.).
• Create visual content for ATL and BTL campaigns, including international trade show materials.
• Design booths, packaging, illustrations, and infographics aligned with our brand purpose.
• Develop and animate motion graphics (2D) for reels, explainers, and short-form video
• Support audiovisual production: photography (team and product), video editing, post-production.
• Maintain constant communications with the global team.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of proven experience in integrated graphic design roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
• Strong track record in branding, 360° campaigns, motion, and print design.
• Experience with web and interface design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Updated portfolio (link required with application).

Skills

• Background in sustainability, agriculture, or food packaging sectors.
• B2/C2 English level (spoken and written).
• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling through design.
• Experience in basic photography, art direction, or packaging prototyping.
• Proactivity
