Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore for a contact center transformation initiative. You will implement multi-agent workflows, develop LLM-powered conversational experiences, and integrate with Amazon Connect.

The role requires 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, hands-on Bedrock experience, Python proficiency, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock for building generative AI apps.
• Proven GenAI/LLM application development, including prompts and model integration.
• Experience building agentic and multi-agent workflows for autonomous task execution.
• Strong Python skills for ML/AI applications and API development.
• Solid understanding of AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway).
• Excellent English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Build agentic AI solutions with tool use, memory management, and orchestration.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies for production workloads.
• Integrate agentic AI with Amazon Connect contact center flows.
• Implement LLM-powered applications with Bedrock foundation models.
• Build RAG pipelines and knowledge base integrations.
• Design conversational AI experiences for customer-facing channels.
• Implement guardrails and compliance measures for secure AI deployment.
• Deploy solutions using AWS serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway).
• Build evaluation pipelines for model and prompt quality.
• Instrument observability tooling and optimize for cost and latency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate.
