Deel is seeking a senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will design and implement high-quality web apps using TypeScript, React, Express, NestJS, and Postgres, building scalable APIs and reusable components.

Formación

• 8+ years of full-stack experience with backend focus and frontend tasks.
• Proficient in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, and scalable architectures.
• Thrives in a remote-first, collaborative environment and communicates clearly.
• Owns projects end-to-end and contributes across frontend and backend stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using TypeScript, React, Express; experience with NestJS, Vite, Next.js a plus.
• Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic using Express.
• Create reusable React components, hooks, and tests to interact with server-side work.
• Create and optimize database schemas and queries with PostgreSQL.
• Build modular frontend and backend components ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with web development trends and best practices; suggest improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders; contribute to process improvements.
