Capchase is seeking a Tech Generalist who will own end-to-end engineering across frontend, backend, and internal tools in a remote-first team.

You'll design scalable architectures, improve reliability, and mentor teammates while choosing pragmatic tools that balance speed and long-term maintainability.

Formación

• 4+ years of production-scale software experience.
• Proficient in Typescript and Node.js.
• Systems thinking with focus on scalability and reliability.
• Comfort working in a remote-first, distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale frontend and backend systems, plus internal tools.
• Architect for growth: improve scalability, reliability, and security.
• Own core financial and orchestration systems with strong correctness and traceability.
• Collaborate with third-party financial APIs to automate data flows.
• Mentor teammates and promote high-quality, well-tested code.
• Operate with impact: design for higher transaction volumes and observability.
