Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build backend services and content experiences within a Unified CMS platform. You will work with Node.js, React, and Next.js to develop REST and GraphQL integrations and manage Contentstack-based content models.

You will enable personalization and A/B testing, contribute to SSR/SSG workflows, and participate in AI-assisted development practices. Flexible hybrid options are available, with global client projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience; senior level expected.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js and React expertise.
• Experience with Next.js or similar SSR framework and SSR/SSG workflows.
• Proficient in REST and GraphQL/GPRC integrations, and third-party APIs.
• Headless CMS experience (Contentstack Contentful Strapi) and reusable UI components.
• Familiarity with testing (Jest, Playwright, RTL) and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with accessibility, performance optimization, and code quality tools.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and API integrations for Unified CMS and web experiences.
• Develop Node.js services, REST APIs, and GraphQL or gRPC integrations.
• Create React components and content blocks powering CMS-backed experiences.
• Implement SSR/SSG workflows with Next.js or equivalent frameworks.
• Define content models and manage schema changes in Contentstack.
• Develop reusable UI components using XDS and Emotion.
• Integrate third-party APIs and troubleshoot data flows end-to-end.
• Support personalization and A/B testing across experiences.
• Write automated unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices to boost productivity and quality.
• Contribute to platform performance, reliability, and CI/CD workflows.
