AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build and maintain features in a large, modern Angular application, with opportunities to contribute to backend work. You will collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver accessible features and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.

You will work with AI-assisted development tools, participate in code reviews, and align with US time zones. Flexible, hybrid options and USD-based compensation are offered.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with frontend focus.
• Strong Angular experience in modern Angular (not AngularJS).
• Ability to build production-ready, accessible web features.
• Experience collaborating across UX, product, and engineering teams.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and English communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE

MUST HAVES

• - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience .
• - Strong Angular experience, specifically modern Angular rather than AngularJS.
• - Strong frontend engineering skills and experience working on production web applications.
• - Solid understanding of frontend architecture and maintainable code .
• - Basic, practical understanding of web accessibility .
• - Experience working effectively in a collaborative engineering team.
• - Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools .
• - Strong English communication skills.
• - Ability to work with significant overlap with US time zones.

NICE TO HAVES

• - Strong hands-on accessibility experience, including accessibility testing and remediation.
• - Experience with Angular Material or similar UI component libraries.
• - Experience with frontend build, bundling, or related tooling.
• - Experience with PHP/Laravel or Python.
• - Experience working with GCP.
• - Experience with AI-native / agentic software development workflows.
• - SaaS or EdTech experience.
