Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to lead complex, high-quality projects using TypeScript and the React ecosystem. The role emphasizes mentorship, performance optimization, and strong collaboration with backend and data teams. A background in agile practices and modern CSS is essential.

The ideal candidate will guide architectural decisions, review code, and drive efficiency across the frontend stack, including Kubernetes/Docker-based deployments. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional Front-End experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and lead change in a team.
• Strong expertise with TypeScript and the React ecosystem (Next.js a plus).
• Proficiency with CSS/SASS, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines (GCP Build, Codefresh).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken.
• Experience in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on and lead complex technical projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Drive initiatives to improve code quality, workflows, and team best practices.
• Write automated tests and work closely with QA for solid and reliable code delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend and data teams, to deliver scalable and performant applications.
