MPS Group LLC is seeking a Senior/Lead full stack developer to design and build scalable web applications for the National Accounts platform, using .NET, React, TypeScript, and Blazor. You will partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, and QA Engineers to deliver responsive, accessible, secure, and high-performing experiences.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Blazor Server or Blazor WebAssembly and .NET ecosystem.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior/Lead full stack developer to design and build modern, scalable user experiences for the National Accounts platform. The platform will provide customers and associates with a unified experience for multi-OpCo business activity, including orders, inventory, invoices, credit, pricing, reporting, and support workflows. You will partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, Back-End Engineers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver responsive, accessible, secure, and high-performing web applications using .Net, React, TypeScript, and Blazor. You will also help establish front-end architecture, reusable components, engineering standards, and delivery practices for customer-facing and associate-facing experiences.

Business Context

The National Accounts initiative is intended to reduce fragmented manual processes and improve visibility across multiple operating companies. The initial solution includes a unified portal and associate view, multi-OpCo order and inventory visibility, billing and credit information, reporting, product restrictions, and integrations with enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using React, TypeScript, and Blazor.
• Build reusable UI components, shared front-end services, and design-system patterns that can be adopted across customer-facing and associate-facing applications.
• Create responsive experiences for standard desktop, tablet, and mobile form factors.
• Develop data-intensive interfaces such as order dashboards, inventory search, invoice views, credit dashboards, reporting views, administration screens, and workflow queues.
• Translate functional requirements, user stories, UX designs, and API contracts into maintainable production-quality solutions.

User Experience and Accessibility

• Deliver intuitive experiences for customers, administrators, account managers, operations, support, finance, pricing, product, and IT users.
• Apply accessibility standards and support WCAG-aligned implementation and testing practices.
• Optimize navigation, search, filtering, tables, forms, dashboards, and status-driven workflows for usability and clarity.
• Collaborate with UX and Product partners to simplify complex multi-OpCo workflows.

Integration and Data Experiences

• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, OpenAPI-defined services, GraphQL endpoints, and enterprise back-end platforms.
• Present information from ERP, customer master, product, pricing, inventory, order, invoice, credit, shipment, payment, and reporting sources.
• Implement search, sorting, filtering, pagination, export, saved views, alerts, notifications, and role-based dashboards.
• Build clear loading, error, empty-state, retry, and exception-handling experiences for distributed integrations.
• Create accessible data visualizations and operational KPI views where required.

Security and Identity

• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD B2C where applicable, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and PKCE.
• Enforce role-based access patterns by customer, account, OpCo, function, and data type in coordination with back-end authorization services.
• Follow secure coding practices and protect customer-facing data, exports, and administrative functions.
• Support auditable user experiences for critical actions such as user administration, pricing, credit, order changes, and workflow updates.

Engineering Excellence and Delivery

• Champion code quality, peer review, automated testing, observability, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in architecture reviews, solution design, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to front-end standards, reference implementations, coding conventions, and reusable frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and provide practical technical guidance across the delivery team.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps engineers to integrate automated checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Use production telemetry and user feedback to troubleshoot issues and improve the experience.

Required Qualifications

• Blazor / .NET: Hands-on experience building applications with Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly, plus working knowledge of the .NET ecosystem.
• Architecture: Experience with component-based architecture, reusable component libraries, state management, design systems, and scalable front-end patterns.
• APIs and Integration: Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI, GraphQL, asynchronous data handling, and integration with distributed enterprise services.
• Testing: Experience with modern unit, component, and end-to-end testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Identity and Security: Experience implementing Entra ID or Azure AD B2C, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, PKCE, and role-based access control.
• Delivery Tooling: Experience with Git, Azure DevOps Repos and Pipelines, CI/CD practices, static code analysis, and artifact management.
• Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise customer portals, B2B commerce applications, or self-service platforms.
• Experience with order management, inventory, ERP, invoicing, credit, payment, shipping, reporting, or customer-support domains.
• Familiarity with Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service, microservices, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience with observability and real user monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace.
• Experience working with complex data tables, dashboards, exports, workflow states, and multi-tenant or multi-organization access models.
• Understanding of SEO is beneficial for any publicly discoverable portions of the experience.

They are comfortable discussing user experience, accessibility, application architecture, API integration, identity, automated testing, performance, and production support with both technical and non-technical partners.
