Job summary

WPP Media in Colombia is seeking a Senior Executive Search professional to partner with regional teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia to identify high‑impact leaders for digital media, data and partnerships.

You will develop strong relationships, guide campaigns per guidelines, ensure policy compliance, monitor data accuracy, and generate daily reports for regional search teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and English proficiency at high level (B2-C2).
• 1.5–2 years of paid search campaign experience on major platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work with global teams and adhere to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with regional teams (Europe, US, Asia).
• Support the implementation of digital campaigns according to guidelines.
• Ensure campaigns comply with global policies and guidelines.
• Monitor campaigns daily and verify data accuracy across platforms.
• Generate daily campaign reports for regional search teams.

Role Summary and Impact

As part of theGlobal Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Executive Search who will:

• Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media's regional teams (Europe, United States and Asia).
• Support the implementation of digital campaigns and ads according to guidelines with platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Search, Search Ads 360, etc.
• Ensure campaigns comply with WPP Media's global policies and guidelines.
• Monitor campaigns daily on each of the platforms and ensure accuracy of data across platforms for campaign reporting.
• Generate daily campaign reports for reporting to regional Search teams.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced English level (B2-C2).
• Have 1.5-2 years of experience implementing paid Search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Search, etc.
• Advanced Excel skills.
