CI&T is seeking a highly skilled Senior Drupal Developer to join our team. You will design, develop, and deploy complex Drupal-based web solutions while collaborating with clients and teammates to translate requirements into scalable software.

The role requires advanced English communication, leadership in architecture, and mentoring responsibilities. You will work across the full software lifecycle to ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of Drupal applications.

Formación

• Advanced English communication skills are mandatory for client interaction.
• Extensive experience with Drupal development, including Drupal 8, 9, and 10.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Drupal's API, module development, and theming.
• Drupal Certifications are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement complex Drupal-based web solutions.
• Lead the architecture and development of new features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of Drupal applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with Drupal trends and best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

This role requires advanced English communication skills, as you will frequently interact directly with our international clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex Drupal-based web solutions.
• Lead the architecture and development of new features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of Drupal applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Drupal trends and best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory for client interaction.
• Extensive experience with Drupal development, including Drupal 8, 9, and 10.
• Strong proficiency in PHP
• In-depth knowledge of Drupal's API, module development, and theming.
• Drupal Certifications

Nice to have

• Experience with headless Drupal implementations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with performance optimization and security best practices for Drupal.
