Senior Distributed Systems Engineer at BairesDev

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant systems for enterprise applications. You will focus on performance optimization, reliability, and efficiency across distributed architectures. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems and a strong understanding of enterprise-grade system design.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed systems with high scalability and fault tolerance.
• Optimize system performance across distributed architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement enterprise-grade system architectures.
• Monitor and improve system reliability, availability, and responsiveness.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance distributed system performance.
• Develop and maintain automated tools for monitoring, testing, and deployment in distributed environments.
• Mentor and guide engineers in best practices for distributed systems design and optimization.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with distributed systems, scalability, and fault-tolerant architectures.
