N-iX is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to redefine how the world handles business intelligence. You will design and run multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, OVH) with Proxmox virtualization and manage Kubernetes clusters via ArgoCD for GitOps deployments.

You will automate testing, CI/CD, IaC with Terraform, ensure security and observability with Grafana/Prometheus, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
• BA/BS in a technical or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals (VPCs, subnets, CIDR planning, routing, firewalls, DNS).
• Hands-on experience with site-to-site VPNs across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OVH).
• Deep Kubernetes experience (EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed) with ArgoCD experience.
• Proficient in Python or Go and Bash scripting.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Grafana/Prometheus, PostgreSQL, and SSO technologies; security best practices.
• Experience with Proxmox-based virtualization.

Responsabilidades

• Build, host, and maintain internal tools and services, as well as PostgreSQL databases backing internal services.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to cut build and deploy times and remove friction for developers.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Run observability on the Grafana stack and troubleshoot performance and availability issues.
• Support internal authentication and SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).
• Apply security best practices across infrastructure, support compliance efforts, and automate operational tasks to reduce manual toil.
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams.

Who You Are

• You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.

• You have 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
• You hold a BA/BS in a technical or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• You have strong networking fundamentals (VPCs, subnets, CIDR planning, routing, firewalls, and DNS) and hands-on experience with site-to-site VPNs (IPsec or WireGuard) across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OVH).
• You bring strong Linux administration skills, including self-managed hosts and hypervisors (Proxmox, KVM, or similar).
• You have deep Kubernetes experience (EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed), alongside proficiency with Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform.
• You have experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions.
• You possess solid programming ability in Python or Go to build small internal services, paired with strong Bash scripting skills.
• You have working knowledge of Grafana and Prometheus-style monitoring, PostgreSQL databases, SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2), and system security best practices.
