Descripción de la vacante

Blacksmith Agency seeks a Senior Product Designer, Design Systems to own how client design systems are built across multiple brands. You take a brand and reference sites and distill them into a token-based system: tokens, variables, modes and core components that a build pipeline can execute without questions.

You will ship robust component libraries that endure beyond a homepage, document the system for developers, and collaborate across client brands with the same structural rigor.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with design systems experience.
• Fluency in Figma variables, components, auto layout and variants.
• A portfolio showing client-brand diversity with consistent design rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming.
• Ship core component libraries that hold up across an entire site.
• Document the system so a developer or an automated pipeline can execute it.
• Work across several client brands with the same structural rigor.
