BairesDev is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain large-scale data pipelines, enabling data-driven decision making across the organization.

The role focuses on building robust data warehouse architectures on Amazon Redshift, leveraging AWS services, and implementing automated workflows to ensure data quality. This is a 100% remote position with compensation in USD or local currency if preferred.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ETL and data warehousing on Amazon Redshift.
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and data lake architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines to transform raw data into high-quality datasets.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse architectures using Redshift and AWS services.
• Implement automated workflows to ensure data reliability, consistency, and accessibility at scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Enhance system performance through SQL optimization and infrastructure redesign.
• Establish best practices for data modeling and governance for long-term scalability.
