AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to architect and scale a modern data platform. You will design production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize Snowflake schemas, and implement DataOps practices, using Python with clean, well-tested code.

You will orchestrate workflows with Airflow, Prefect or Dagster, ensure data quality and lineage, and apply CI/CD and IaC standards. This role suits someone who thrives on reliability, scalability, and enabling analytics across teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python with modular, well-tested code.
• SQL and database design, normalization/denormalization patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Production experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow/Prefect/Dagster).
• Experience with REST APIs and event-driven pipelines.
• Experience implementing automated data quality checks and data lineage.
• Git, Docker, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code fundamentals.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable ETL/ELT workflows for batch and streaming data from diverse sources.
• Design production-ready Snowflake schemas to optimize analytics.
• Ingest data from REST APIs, event streams, and batch sources into core storage.
• Maintain and expand workflow orchestration pipelines (Airflow/Prefect/Dagster).
• Implement automated data testing, validation, and lineage tracking; ensure uptime.
• Follow CI/CD, Git, Docker; adopt Infrastructure-as-Code patterns.
• Apply modern software engineering standards and document accordingly.
