Overview

TheSenior Data Analystis responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role combines advanced analytical capabilities, data modeling expertise, and business acumen to drive efficiency, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating large datasets, automating reporting pipelines, and communicating analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Modeling
• Design, build, and maintain analytical models to track business KPIs, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Validate data integrity across multiple systems and ensure consistency across sources.
• Reporting & Visualization
• Develop interactive dashboards and automated reports usingPower BI
• Present insights through clear narratives that enable data-driven decisions at all organizational levels.
• Implement data storytelling techniques to bridge the gap between analytics and business strategy.
• Data Infrastructure & Automation
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize ETL pipelines and improve data availability.
• Leverage SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop scalable automation processes to reduce manual reporting and increase analytical accuracy.
• Business Partnering
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Finance, Operations, and Technology to understand business challenges.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and measurable impact.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best-practice documentation and process standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inData Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience indata analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in:
• SQL(complex joins, CTEs, performance optimization)
• Power BI
• Excel (advanced formulas, pivoting, modeling)
• Python or Rfor statistical analysis
• Experience working withcloud-based data ecosystems(Azure).
• Strong understanding ofdata modeling, ETL, and database design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
