Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering experience in contact-center or enterprise telephony.
• Hands-on implementation and production support of contact-center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain contact-center capabilities (routing, queues, agent skills, business hours).
• Design and troubleshoot IVR flows, prompts, transfers, and self-service journeys.
• Deliver Salesforce integrations with connectivity and data exchange.
• Provide production support, investigate disruptions, and coordinate with vendors.
