Job summary

CI&T is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive business success in a distributed environment in Colombia. You will gather requirements, apply Agile methodologies, and provide insights into Financial Services regulatory practices.

You will analyze workflows, map data flows, and enable system integration across diverse platforms while collaborating with distributed teams and maintaining clear English communication. Mortgage industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.
• Strong Agile experience and work in Agile teams.
• Deep understanding of workflow and process analysis.
• Experience with data mapping and data flow analysis.
• Experience with system integration and transactional systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements with stakeholders.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive iterative planning and delivery.
• Provide insights on regulatory requirements for Financial Services.
