Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to drive data-driven decisions across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash. You will translate operational friction into BI, analytics, and AI opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management within financial systems or SaaS, strong ERP/CPQ familiarity, and upper-intermediate English. The role offers USD-based compensation and flexible remote/office options.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management in Financial Systems / SaaS environments.
Strong grasp of accounting terminology, contract lifecycle, billing, ASC 606.
Exceptional communication and high energy, proactive cross-functional alignment.
Proven ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for reporting.
Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation skills for non-technical specs.
General understanding of ERPs (Workday, NetSuite, SAP) and CPQ/CLM tools and BI data flows.

Responsibilities

Build relationships across FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface friction points.
Connect operational pain points to BI, ML, and AI opportunities and data needs.
Author clean PRDs, roadmaps, and business requirements with TDMs and engineering teams.
Ensure quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition are captured in downstream data products.
