EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to design, build, and evolve cloud platform services consumed by product teams. You will treat the cloud platform as a product by delivering reusable building blocks, paved roads, and a consistent developer experience aligned with CCoE standards.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on cloud engineering experience with a platform mindset.
• Strong AWS compute and managed services experience (EKS, ECS, Lambda, EC2, RDS).
• Experience with shared-services architecture for logging, monitoring, secrets, identity, and integrations.
• Terraform experience to codify platform interfaces and automate adoption.
• Security-by-design knowledge including IAM roles, SSO/OAuth, SIEM feeds, and policy-as-code.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with a client-centric mindset.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Build standard compute patterns and golden baselines to accelerate safe workload onboarding.
• Maintain centralized services for logging, monitoring, secrets management, identity, file transfers, and key management.
• Define platform APIs and interfaces that enable consistent adoption across teams.
• Coordinate with Cloud DevOps and automation engineers to implement platform capabilities via IaC and pipelines.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, resilience, and developer experience through continuous iteration.
• Align platform capabilities with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture guardrails.
• Partner with product teams, security, and operations to co-create paved roads and golden paths.
• Prioritize platform features and lifecycle investments based on internal team needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with a platform/product mindset


• Strong AWS compute and managed services expertise across EKS, ECS, Lambda, EC2, and RDS


• Strong shared-services architecture experience for logging, monitoring, secrets, identity, and integrations


• Strong Terraform experience to codify platform interfaces and automate adoption


• Strong security-by-design knowledge including IAM roles, SSO/OAuth, SIEM feeds, and policy-as-code


• Excellent stakeholder communication skills with a client-centric mindset


• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

Nice to have

• AWS IAM expertise including federation patterns and role-based access control


• AWS Networking and Content Delivery experience supporting secure connectivity and edge distribution


• AWS Storage Gateway experience for hybrid file and storage transfer use cases


• AWS Compute depth across EC2, ECS, EKS, and Lambda operational patterns


• Security by Design Principles applied to cloud platform standards and guardrails
