Amentum is seeking a qualified aviation training instructor in Colombia to design and deliver advanced training for military or commercial aviation. The candidate should hold an associate degree in aviation and have at least five years of related training experience.

The role requires an instructor IET license, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong knowledge of aircraft publications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with e‑Learning/CBT systems and aviation regulations is

Formación

• Associate degree in aviation related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years related aviation training experience in the military or commercial field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience developing and implementing training programs and performing appraisals of training effectiveness.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an instructor and in developing training courses.
• Knowledge of E-Learning and computer-based training systems preferred.
• Must have appropriate Colombian instructor IET license.
• Must demonstrate in-depth understanding of aircraft technical publications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• English language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/2, S/1; Spanish language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/3, S/3 is required. Strong written English skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of Colombian Aeronautica Civil, U.S. FAA, and U.S. military aviation regulations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures is required.
