Formación

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Python, including NumPy, Pandas, and API development (FastAPI preferred).
• Strong experience with ML workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, OOP, and scalable architecture design.
• Hands‑on experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Professional experience with Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, and MCP Servers.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Strong experience deploying AI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Production‑level experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Understanding of Responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and AI ethics.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership.
• English proficiency at B2+.
• Nice to have: Experience with deep learning, transformer models, LLM‑based solutions, LLMOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow), ETL pipelines, data lakes, interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME), prompt engineering, LLM fine‑tuning, RAG systems, enterprise integrations (CRM/ERP), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Plotly).

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions for production environments.
• Build and optimize end‑to‑end ML pipelines, from data ingestion through deployment.
• Develop AI‑powered services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain AI solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Containerize and orchestrate AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate AI models with structured and unstructured data sources (SQL, NoSQL).
• Apply Responsible AI principles to ensure fairness, privacy, and governance.
• Participate in architectural design, code reviews, and technical decision‑making.
• Collaborate in Agile/SCRUM teams with cross‑functional and US‑based stakeholders.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Research and recommend new AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to internal documentation, process improvements, and AI engineering standards.
