Wood is recruiting a Senior Accountant to join our Professional Services team in Bogotá, Colombia, supporting our U.S. and Canadian businesses and transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to take ownership of key financial activities while working in a collaborative, international environment. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial control of assigned projects, contracts and service lines.

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join our Professional Services team in Bogotá, Colombia, supporting our U.S. and Canadian businesses and transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to take ownership of key financial activities while working in a collaborative, international environment.

The role

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial control of assigned projects, contracts and service lines. You will take ownership of month-end close, revenue recognition, project and cost accruals, balance sheet control and financial reporting, while also supporting forecasting, planning and working capital activities. Working closely with operational, commercial and finance stakeholders across the business, you will help ensure financial information is accurate, timely and aligned with Wood's accounting policies and control requirements. The position offers a high degree of independence and requires sound judgement, strong analytical capability and the confidence to identify and resolve accounting and reporting matters.
