A global experience transformation partner is seeking a Senior Accessibility Specialist to ensure high accessibility standards for web and mobile products. This role involves hands-on testing, technical guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed accessibility in product delivery. Candidates must possess deep accessibility expertise, strong knowledge of WCAG, and experience with accessibility tools. This position offers a hybrid work environment, emphasizing flexibility and team collaboration.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Accessibility Specialist or Senior QA Engineer with deep accessibility expertise.
• Hands-on experience with screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver.
• Experience validating responsive, mobile-first, and native applications.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual and automated accessibility testing for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.
• Train and mentor Quality Engineers on accessibility standards and best practices.

Conocimientos

Accessibility expertise

Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2

Experience with screen readers

Strong communication skills

Ability to evaluate UI components

Experience with accessibility tools

Educación
