EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Chief Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery for security vulnerability remediation across a web app ecosystem.

You will align stakeholders, drive the remediation backlog to closure, and promote AI-assisted practices to improve analysis and delivery. Responsibilities include translating findings into actionable backlog items, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, secure releases with clear acceptance criteria.

Formación

• 7+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software teams.
• Strong leadership to align engineering, QA, security, and business stakeholders.
• Proven delivery from analysis to release with clear commitments.
• Deep web app security understanding and remediation processes.
• Hands-on backlog management, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the security vulnerability remediation backlog.
• Translate findings into clear requirements, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate remediation across engineering, QA, security, and business teams.
• Drive vulnerabilities through analysis, remediation, testing, validation, release, and closure.
• Prioritize work by severity, risk, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Track progress, risks, blockers, and remediation commitments.
• Coordinate validation of findings from SAST/SCA/DAST tools (Veracode).
• Facilitate planning and Agile ceremonies to ensure delivery commitments.
• Coordinate release planning, regression and security validation.
• Maintain status reporting and escalate critical risks or delays.
• Promote AI-assisted practices to improve analysis and productivity.
